I'm back from Cherry Hill/ Philly, although there were times on the drive yesterday when I didn't think I'd EVER make it home! After the funeral, my sister and I caravaned from Cherry Hill to Flourtown to visit my grandmother. SSSSOOOO much traffic, then a road was closed and we got completely lost! I think it's about time we bit the bullet and bought a GPS unit! It took almost two hours to make the 30 mile drive, which severely cut down on my visiting time with Grandmom!
I got back on the road, and spent 1 hour driving 20 miles on I-476, and another 45 minutes on a 10 mile stretch of I-95. Thankfully, once I was south of the city (really, south of the bridges into Jersey), it was smooth sailing. I grabbed a triple shot latte and was on my way!
Mike and I joined friends for a great dinner at Olives last night (I was only 50 minutes late after that long drive!). Bobby and Kristy are in town from Forth Worth (lucky us... we get to see them this weekend, and then next weekend on their turf!). The 10 of us were obnoxiously loud in the restaurant, but had a fantastic time!
(oh! In case she's reading... many thanks to Aunt Rita for hosting me on Wednesday night! A special thanks to her having wine chilled for when I arrived! Ha! I'm THAT predictable!)

You are welcome. Don't foget for your golfing pleasure I only live 2 blocks from a public golf course (sorry that I don't belong to the private club across the street).
Hope to see you, Mike and Goldie soon.
I'm enjoying reading your blog this summer - it's a fun distraction while studying for the bar exam! You've had some fun trips and it's not even mid-summer yet. Hope you guys are doing well!
